Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PhytoDisfo's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

PhytoDisfo provides custom modular storage solutions including design consultation, manufacturing, and installation services across Canada. Our services include:

• Custom closet systems
• Garage organization solutions
• Pantry storage systems
• Office storage solutions
• Design consultation and installation

3. Consultation and Design Process

Free consultations are provided for qualified projects. Design services include space assessment, 3D renderings, and detailed project specifications. Final designs must be approved by the customer before manufacturing begins.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes. Payment terms are:

• 50% deposit required upon contract signing
• Remaining balance due upon completion of installation
• Payment methods: cash, cheque, credit card, bank transfer

5. Manufacturing and Installation

Typical project timeline is 2-4 weeks from design approval to installation. Custom projects may require additional time. We will provide estimated completion dates at the time of contract signing.

6. Warranty

We provide a 10-year warranty on materials and workmanship. Warranty covers:

• Structural integrity of components
• Hardware functionality
• Finish defects under normal use

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by others.

7. Limitation of Liability

PhytoDisfo's liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of defective products. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate measurements and requirements
• Ensuring site access for installation
• Removing existing fixtures if required
• Maintaining proper care of installed systems

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before manufacturing begins with a 20% cancellation fee. Once manufacturing has started, cancellation fees may apply up to 50% of the contract value.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
